Refund Policy

Introduction to "Refund Policy" At Hill Wellness & Self Development:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure that our clients are protected. The following refund policy applies to all services booked through our website and/or in person:


Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
- If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.

Refund Process
- We DO NOT refund services paid (Please review the Booking Policy). Refunds only apply to technical difficulties and extenuating circumstances. 
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation or rescheduling request.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. .

Exceptions
- We reserve the right to waive or modify our refund policy in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Refund Policy.
